El Maestro Sierra, Jerez-Xérèz-Sherry y Manzanilla, Spain 

 

El Maestro Sierra is home to some of the oldest wines in Jerez,  dating back to 1832 with some solera barrels reaching close to 100 years old. Yet not only have the wines had the opportunity to refine with age, but the wineries position along the Atlantic Ocean allows for the flor (yeast) to be present year around, giving the sherry a unique and defining quality.
