La Zorra crafts its wines from a rare indiginous varietal known as the Rufete grape.  Only recently elevating  production to a commercial scale, Agustin Maillo has quickly established the winery as the bell cow of this small viticultural region.  With a staunch quality driven approach, Maillo carefully crafts his wines to showcase the unqiue characteristics of this rare and delicious grape.
