Podere Sapaio is located on a 40 hectare farming estate in Tuscany, Italy. Their plots of land extend over quarternary and flood deposits and consist of coarse sandy beds and draining calcareous soils. Their vision is to promote the values of the territory and their people by experimenting and making top-quality wines able to last over the years.
